Poorest quality app Ive ever seen

The app crashes frequently. Unlike the prior review, these crashes are not minor. The password section is weak and optional - not acceptable for HIPAA.

No formatting of phone numbers or birthdates. Inconsistent capitalization of text fields. Creates blank records when it should allow the cancelation of a new entry. Does not follow standard iPhone App functionality.

Not worth the on-sale price of $3.99!
